Boston Realty Pizza - nice, I love pizza! What are their chains that they have or is it just the real estate?

    1. Boston Pizza is a chain of restaurants that are set up lounge side and a restaurant section in each establishment. Boston Pizza is known as Canada's leader in casual dining. You walk in the main door and decide the go to the lounge or the restaurant. The lounges are sport bars. Lots of big screen TVs in lounge and both the lounge and restaurant sections are very clean. Kids are not allowed in the lounge. Alcohol beverages can be orders on both sides.

Franchisees pay royalties of 7% on gross sales excluding alcohol and promotions. 5.5% goes directly to the royalties income fund and 1.5% directly to Boston Pizza International, which own around 25% of the fund also. The owners did not want to give up any equity, but wanted to share the profits.

    1. Dividend Income Stocks,

The Y/Y increase in the dividend income was due mostly in part for purchasing 300 shares of ENBRIDGE a few months ago. The dividend growth in the future due to this will be great.

  4. Looks like a great month of passive income brought in with a great year over year increase too. No names in common between our portfolios but it looks like you have quite a few solid names paying you.

    1. Keith,

That is mostly in part due to purchasing 300 shares of ENB a few months ago. Going forward, this will show a large increase in dividends when they raise the dividend. ENB has been raising dividends for 22 consecutive years.
